Herm Cukier, MBA

Herm Cukier is currently the Executive Chairman, President, and CEO of Enalare Therapeutics, a clinical stage company developing novel products for the treatment of critical care conditions and national health emergencies. He was previously the CEO of BioDelivery Sciences (NASDAQ:BDSI) leading the company through its transformation to a successful commercial stage enterprise and eventual acquisition. Prior to joining BDSI, Herm was a Senior Vice President at Allergan where he ran several of the Company’s largest divisions and was a member of both the CEO Operational Leadership Team and the Global Commercial Leadership Team. Herm has also worked for other pre-eminent industry enterprises such as Pfizer, BMS, and Bayer and was the Chief Marketing Officer at Organon leading its transformation before being acquired by Schering-Plough. He holds a Bachelors in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.
