Christine Houston’s prior roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Express Scripts, Inc., as well as various senior leadership positions at Express Scripts and Southwestern Bell. In addition to her leadership position at Defender, she currently serves as a Trustee at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and at the Gateway Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Ms. Houston holds a BS in computer science from Saint Louis University.
